Dessert Recipes - Mallow Fondue Recipe
Ingredients

100 g/4 oz marshmallows

ml/2
tbsp icing (confectioners') sugar

ml/2/3 cup double (heavy) cream
-
15-30 ml/1-2 tbsp
lemon juice

Sponge (lady) fingers, sliced nectarines and
raspberries or loganberries, to serve
Method:

Snip the marshmallows with wet scissors and place in
the fondue pot with the sugar and cream.

Heat
gently, stirring, until the mixture is smooth but do
not allow to boil. Stir in the lemon juice to
taste. Turn down the heat to very low and stir
frequently.

Arrange the sponge fingers, nectarine
slices and small piles of raspberries or
loganberries on small plates and serve with fondue
forks.
