Ingredients

Simple Pancakes

500 ml/17 fl oz/2 1/4
cups any vanilla ice cream or Dark
Chocolate Ice Cream

1 quantity Chocolate
Caramel Sauce
-
Grated chocolate, to
decorate
Method:
-
Make the pancakes and cool. Put a scoop of ice cream
in each and fold up.

Place on plates, drizzle with
the Chocolate Caramel Sauce, top with grated
chocolate and serve.
