Ingredients
Method:

Cut all the rind off the pineapple and cut the fruit
into eight thin slices. Cut out the hard core of
each slice.

Melt the butter in a large frying pan
(skillet) or chafing dish. Add the fruit and
sprinkle with the kirsch and sugar. Cook for 2
minutes, then turn over.

Add the brandy, ignite and
shake the pan until the flames subside. Serve
immediately straight from the pan with whipped
cream.
