Ingredients

• 1 quantity of Simple Pancakes

• Caster (superfine) sugar or golden (light corn) syrup, warmed Lemon juice

Method:

1. Make the pancakes. Sprinkle liberally with caster sugar or drizzle with warm syrup and sprinkle with lemon juice to taste.

2.  Roll up or fold into quarters and serve warm.
