Dessert Recipes - Strawberry and Banana Cheese Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 quantity of Simple Pancakes

• 100 g/4 oz strawberries, thinly sliced

• 3 small bananas, thinly sliced

• Finely grated rind of 1 lime

• 150 ml/2/3 cup fromage frais

• Icing (confectioners) sugar, for dusting

• 4 whole strawberries, to decorate

Method:

1. Make the pancakes. Mix together the strawberries, bananas and lime rind and divide between the pancakes.

2. Roll up and place on serving plates. Top with a dollop of fromage frais and dust with sifted icing sugar.

3. Decorate each plate with a whole strawberry.
