Dessert Recipes - Tequila Fondue Recipe
Ingredients

100 g/4 oz marshmallows
-

g/6 oz/1 small can of evaporated milk
-
30
ml/2 tbsp tequila
-
Finely grated rind of 1
lime
-
Fresh
stoned (pitted) dates, fresh halved and
stoned apricots, fresh quartered figs and lime wedges,
to serve
Method:

Snip the marshmallows with wet
.
scissors and place in the fondue pot with the milk.
Heat gently, stirring, until smooth.

Stir in the
tequila to taste and flavor with the lime rind.
Reduce the heat and stir frequently.

Arrange the
dates, apricots, figs and lime wedges on each plate.
-
Use fondue forks to dip the sweet fruits in the
fondue but suck the lime wedges in between to
freshen the mouth.
