Dessert Recipes - Toffee Apple Pudding Recipe
Ingredients

50 g/2 oz/1/4 cup butter
-
4
eating (dessert) apples, sliced

50
g/2 oz/1/4 cup light brown sugar
-
2.5 ml/1/2 tsp mixed
(apple pie) spice
-
30 ml/2 tbsp sultanas (golden raisins)

25 g/1/4 cup walnut pieces, chopped

Greek-style
Yoghurt, to serve
Method:

Melt the butter in a frying pan (skillet). Add the
apple slices and sprinkle with the sugar.

Fry (sauté),
tossing occasionally, for about 3 minutes until the
sugar has melted and is bubbling.

Stir in the
raisins and nuts. Serve hot with Greek-style
Yoghurt.
