Dessert Recipes - White Chocolate Fondue Recipe
Ingredients

175 g/6
oz/1 1/2 cups
white chocolate, broken into pieces

250 ml/8 fl oz/1 cup
single (light) cream
-
100 g/4 oz/2/3 cup icing
(confectioners') sugar
-
50 g/2 oz/1/4 cup
unsalted (sweet) butter
-
5
ml/1 tsp vanilla essence
(extract)

Plain or cream-filled
choux balls,
Cigarettes Russes, stoned (pitted)
cherries and banana chunks dipped in lemon juice, to
serve
Method:
-
Put all the ingredients in a fondue pot and heat
gently, stirring, until melted and smooth but do not
allow to boil.

Turn down the heat to very low and
stir from time to time to prevent burning.
-
Arrange
the choux balls, Cigarettes Russes, cherries and
banana chunks on serving plates and serve with
fondue forks.
