Ingredients
Method:

Holding the fruit over a bowl, cut off all the skin
and pith from the oranges and grapefruit and
separate into segments.

Squeeze the membranes to
extract any remaining juice. Put the fruit segments
in the bowl.

Halve the grapes and add to the bowl
with the honey. Stir well and chill for at least 30
minutes.

Halve the avocados, remove the stones
(pits) and brush with lemon juice to prevent
browning. Place in individual serving dishes.

Spoon
in the fruit cocktail and serve with 15 ml/1
tbsp of crème fraiche on each.
