Ingredients

2 star fruit

1 mango
-
1
pawpaw
-
175 g/6 oz
strawberries, hulled

2 kiwi fruit
-
30 ml/2 tbsp kirsch or
gin

Fresh Raspberry Sauce

Amaretti Biscuits, to serve
Method:

Slice
each
star fruit into six
stars. Peel
the mango and cut off slices all round the stone
(pit), lengthways.

Halve the pawpaw, discard the
seeds, peel and slice. Halve the strawberries. Peel
and cut each kiwi fruit into six slices.

Arrange the
fruit attractively on six serving plates, leaving a
space for the sauce, and drizzle the kirsch or gin
over. Leave in a cool place for at least 15 minutes.

Spoon the raspberry sauce on to each plate and serve
with
Amaretti Biscuits.
