Ingredients
Method:

Lay the clementines in a shallow dish and drizzle
with the honey, then sprinkle with the cinnamon.
Leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes, turning
once or twice.

Place a sheet of foil on the grill
(broiler) rack. Arrange the slices in a single layer
on the foil and brush with the marinade left in the
dish.

Place under a hot grill for 4-5 minutes until
turning golden brown, turn over, brush with any
remaining marinade and grill (broil) for a further 5
minutes.

Transfer to serving plates and serve with
crème fraiche.
