Ingredients

450 g/1 lb even-sized
strawberries
-
20 ml/2 tsp icing sugar

finely grated rind and
juice of 1 large orange
-
30 ml/2 tbsp grand Marnier
-
chantilly cream, to serve
Method:

Put the strawberries in a serving dish. Blend
together the remaining ingredients and pour over .

Toss gently. Leave to marinate for at least 30
minutes. Serve with chantilly cream.
