Dessert Recipes - Strawberry and Peach Romanoff Recipe

Ingredients

• 225 g/8 oz strawberries, hulled and sliced

• 4 peaches, stoned (pitted) and sliced

• 15 ml/1 tbsp caster (superfine) sugar

• 30 ml/2 tbsp peach or orange liqueur

• juice of 1 large orange

• Whipped cream, to serve

Method:

1. Put the sliced fruit in a glass bowl. Sprinkle with the sugar and add the liqueur and orange juice.

2. Toss gently and leave to stand for 20-30 minutes. Serve topped with whipped cream.
