Dessert Recipes - Summer Melon with Strawberries Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 small honeydew melon, balled or cubed

• 175 g/6 oz strawberries, sliced

• Grated rind and juice of 1 lime

• 15 ml/2 tbsp clear honey

• Smooth Strawberry Sauce

Method:

1. Put the melon and strawberries in a bowl. Mix the lime rind and juice with the honey and spoon over.

2. Toss gently and chill for at least 30 minutes. Spoon on to plates and drizzle the Smooth Strawberry Sauce over before serving.
