Cured Beef Starter
(Bresaola Antipasto) Recipe
Ingredients

225 g/8 oz Bresaola
(naturally cured beef), thinly sliced

1 garlic clove,
crushed
-
5 ml/1 tsp freshly
ground black pepper

Juice of 1/2 lemon
-
15 ml/1 tbsp virgin
olive oil
Method:

Lay the Bresaola, slightly overlapping, on a shallow
plate.

Blend the remaining ingredients together. Sprinkle the Bresaola with the dressing before
serving.
