Method:

Remove any crust from the cheeses and cut them both
in half horizontally. Place the four halves in an
ovenproof dish.
-
Blend the vinegar, oil and salt and
pepper together. Brush over the top of the cheeses
and pour the rest around.

Place under a hot grill
(broiler) until browned on top and serve each cheese
on a bed of salad leaves.
