Sweet Peppers with
Bagna Cauda (Peperoni Dolci con Bagna Cauda) Recipe
Ingredients

2 red (bell) peppers,
cut into strips

2 green (bell) peppers,
cut into strips
-
2 yellow (bell) peppers, cut into strips
Bagna Cauda
-
50 g/2 oz/1/4 cup
unsalted (sweet) butter
-
60 ml/4 tbsp olive oil
-
30 ml/2 tbsp walnut oil
-
3 garlic cloves,
crushed
-
50 g/2 oz/1 small can
anchovy fillets
-
45 ml/3 tbsp double (heavy) cream (optional)
Method:

Arrange the peppers on a large serving platter and
set aside.

Heat the butter and oil in a pan and cook
the garlic and anchovies for 10 minutes, stirring
until smooth.

Blend in the cream (if using) and
transfer to a warm bowl. Serve immediately with the
vegetables.
